SCVC - Events Update

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday 30 October 2011 - Wheatsheaf Pub, Esher Green, KT10 8AG

4pm to 6pm

This year’s AGM will be held at a new venue. This pub has a car park behind, but if this is full the landlord

tells us that there’s plenty of free on street parking nearby. We shall have exclusive use of their delightfully

converted barn at the rear of the pub.

The date has been brought forward from January in the hope that it will be better weather for travelling

and will allow forward planning for the next season to get under way earlier and thus make some tasks

easier for the committee.

Do please come along to support your committee and share your views

This is your chance to have your say as to how your club is to be run.

· All members of the Committee stand down at the AGM.

· All members of the Club are eligible to stand for membership of the Committee. If you would like to be considered for any role mentioned above, or to join the committee with other responsibilities please let Donna Fordham know not less than seven days before the date of the AGM.

· If more than one member is nominated for any committee post the member joining the committee in that post will be the person receiving the majority of votes cast by members present at the AGM.

· To date the following club members have offered themselves for election for 2012:
