LONDON HARNESS SHOW - ARDINGLY, EAST SUSSEX

A bit cold and damp for the start of theShow Season. but still a change to get out and about. Met up with a couple of our newer members, Richard and Louise Laudy in their Austin Healy MkII.
I fully intended to take some photos but the weather closed in and we all left just after midday!

DRIVE YOUR CLASSIC DAY - THE PERCY ARMS, CHILWORTH

Despite the weather being cold and damp in the morning, many club members brought their classics to the Percy Arms for our traditional drive out. Fortunately, the weather brightened up in the afternoon with beautiful sunshine, just in time for drive home.
The food at the pub was exemplary, especially the carvery where the slices of meats were thick and juicy.
Unfortunately, due to a staff sickness, there was no roped off area for our classics. Still, we all managed to get parked in a very full car park.
Once again, many thanks to Brian Marshall for his organisation of this event. He does this every year for us!
